The North Bay Police Service reports two city men, ages 32 and 38 are facing charges including break and enter.
Police say they received a report on Nov. 12 that a witness saw two people attempt to break-in to a building on King Street West.
They were unsuccessful and left the area, according to police, with officers locating the pair at a Cassells Street business where they were arrested.
Police say a break-in instrument and approximately one gram of suspected fentanyl were seized.
The accused were held in custody pending a bail hearing at the North Bay Courthouse.
