A 36-year-old North Bay man has been charged with assault.
The North Bay Police Service says on Nov. 11 officers responded to a report that an employee of a community service organization on Chippewa Street West was assaulted.
Police say the accused was located in the area and arrested.
They also says the victim sustained minor, non-life threatening physical injuries as a result of the incident.
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing at the North Bay Courthouse.
