For the second week in a row, the North Bay Battalion are tenth in the Canadian Hockey League top 10 national rankings.
The Troops won two of three games last week and play three games in three nights this weekend, starting Thursday at home to Kingston.
Meanwhile, the Nipissing Lakers women’s hockey team is up two spots in the USports top 10 this week.
After a couple of weekend wins, the Lakers are 6th in the national rankings.

And the Powassan Voodoos earned an honourable mention in this week’s CJHL Top 20.
Powassan was 20th last week and only had one game on the schedule, a win over Sudbury.
