A 30-year-old North Bay man is facing a break-and-enter charge.
The North Bay Police Service says officers were called to a report of a person breaking into a building on McIntyre Street West on Sunday, Nov. 20.
Police say a man was located inside the building and arrested.
He’s also facing a charge of failing to comply with a probation order.
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing at the North Bay Courthouse.
