Canadore College is kicking off the holiday season with a fireworks display.
On Friday, the college is hosting an outdoor event for its employees and their families at the Commerce Court Campus.
While the college says the campus will be closed to the public, the community is invited to check out the fireworks display.
It’ll be taking place around 7 pm.
“Canadore hosted an outdoor event in 2020 and 2021 as a way for employees and their families to celebrate the holiday season together while under pandemic restrictions,” states a release. “Canadore has returned to more traditional operations, but the drive-in event remains popular with employees.”
The college is asking employees to donate to the Canadore student Food Bank at the event.
