Ontario Provincial Police report several people are facing charges after a single vehicle crash in Phelps Township.
North Bay OPP responded to a vehicle in a ditch on Knox Road just after 5 am on Dec. 29.
There were no injuries and police say the vehicle was impounded for 45 days.
Three people are facing charges.
A 44-year-old Trout Creek resident is charged with operation while prohibited and fail to comply with a release order while a 40-year-old Redbridge resident is charged with fail to comply with an undertaking.
Police say another vehicle and driver attended to assist with a 46-year-old person from Powassan charged with driving while under suspension, use of an unauthorized plate and driving without insurance.
The Trout Creek resident was held for a bail hearing January 11 at the North Bay Court House while the other two people have February court appearances.
