NBPSB and NBPA ratify four-year collective agreements

North Bay police officers will be getting a two per cent raise each year, for the next four years.

That’s according to their new collective agreement, which has officially been ratified by the North Bay Police Association and North Bay Police Services Board. An agreement was also ratified for civilian members which sees a one per cent pay increase annually.

Chair of the North Bay Police Association’s bargaining team, Mike Tarini, says after a year of negotiations, he believes this is a fair deal for members.
