Progress is being made on the construction of the new North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit office in North Bay.
The Board of Health has awarded the construction contract to Tribury Construction from Sudbury, following a public tender process. The health unit says everything on the project has been on or below budget, including the construction bid.
Construction of the new building will start as soon as possible and is set to be completed by Spring 2017. It will be located on Oak Street West.
