A 33-year-old city man is facing charges of indecent act and failing to comply with a probation order.
The North Bay Police Service says an arrest was made on March 20 after an investigation into an indecent act being committed at Laurier Woods Conservation Area.
Police say the accused, whose name is not being released, was released on an undertaking with an April 25 court appearance.
