An incident at a social service agency on Chippewa Street West has led to charges for a city man.
The North Bay Police Service says officers responded on Apr. 11 to a report that a person was assaulted and threatened.
Police say the accused and victim are not known to each other.
A 22-year-old man from North Bay is charged with assault, uttering threats and fail to comply with a probation order.
The accused was held pending a bail hearing at the North Bay Courthouse.
