A three-vehicle crash last Thursday has resulted in a North Bay resident being charged.
Ontario Provincial Police responded to the collision on the Highway 11/17 bypass in the city just before 4 pm on April 20.
Only minor injuries were reported, but the OPP says one of the drivers was arrested after it was determined they had been consuming drugs.
The accused was released with a May 16 court appearance.
Along with an impaired charge, provincial police report the accused also received a 90-day drivers’ licence suspension, and their vehicle was impounded for seven days.
