Flood Warnings continue for the Sturgeon River Watershed and the Upper Ottawa River area, including the Mattawa area.
The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry says water levels and stream flows in both areas remain high, however the continued warm and dry conditions are allowing local levels to slowly decline.
The flood warnings have been extended to Tuesday, May 16.
Residents are advised to keep a close watch on conditions and exercise caution around rivers, streams and low-lying areas.
