A North Bay woman has been charged with fraud.
The woman is accused of returning 10 counterfeit Fentanyl patches to a North Bay pharmacy on December 31st. As part of the Patch-4-Patch program, patients with Fentanyl prescriptions must return their used patches to the pharmacy before getting new ones.
The woman faces one count of fraud and has a February court date.
