An early morning tractor-trailer fire on Algonquin Avenue continues to disrupt traffic north of the Highway 11/17 bypass.
The North Bay Police Service says barricades are set up on Algonquin at Spencer and Shireff.
Motorists are asked to use Stockdale Road as a detour to Airport Road.
Police say emergency crews are in the area for investigation and clean-up resulting from a trailer fire.

511 Ontario says the detour is via Hwy 11/17 bypass to Gormanville Rd, north on Gormanville to the roundabout, north on College Dr, east onto Cedar Heights to Hwy 11
Earlier, residents said they heard an explosion around 2:30 am.
The fire call came in at 2:32 am.
It is expected to take most of the morning for clean up.
