A 37-year-old city man is facing charges after police responded to a reported disturbance at an apartment complex on Highway 11.
The North Bay Police Service says the call came in at 8:45 am on Sunday, and that a weapon may be involved.

The Emergency Response Team was deployed and police say the incident was safely resolved at about 2:30 pm.
Three people left the residence with police arresting and charging one person with drug possession and failure to comply with a probation order.
A quantity of suspected fentanyl was seized and police say no weapons were seized in the incident.
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing at the North Bay Courthouse.
