Five local teams brought some hardware home from last week’s Special Olympics Ontario school championship in Kingston.
St. Joseph-Scollard Hall won gold in soccer and bronze in both unified and traditional basketball.
Teams from West Ferris Secondary School won bronze in unified soccer and bocce.
Hundreds of athletes from across the province competed at the event.
