That’s down 6% year-over-year.

Year to date, sales are down over 27%.

The average price of homes sold last month was $468,000, a drop of 4.6% from May 2022.

Year to date the average price of a home in our area is down nearly 12 percent compared to the first five months of last year.

According to the Canadian Real Estate Association home sales were up 5.1% across the country last month.

The average price of a home was $729,000, an increase of 3.2% from May of last year.
