Ontario Provincial Police report one person has died after a two-vehicle collision on Highway 11 in Powassan.
The crash happened just before 4 pm Tuesday with Powassan OPP and fire crews responding.
Provincial Police say the driver of one vehicle and a passenger from the other vehicle were both taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The OPP says the other driver, a 91-year-old resident of South River was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The northbound lanes of the highway were closed for about 3 and a half hours after the collision.
