You might notice more OPP officers out at the North Bay bypass this month.
In past years, the OPP says there’s been a spike in crashes at the bypass in the month of January. Over the next two weeks they will be trying to reduce the number of crashes through enforcement.
Officers will be on the lookout for bad driving behavior including speeding, improper turns and distracted driving.
