Police want to highlight unsolved missing and murdered cases

The North Bay Police Service has launched a new campaign to highlight ongoing missing persons and homicide investigations.

The service is investigating 14 missing and murdered cases. Eight of the incidents involved people who suffered from mental health issues or were psychiatric patients. The goal is to keep the cases top of mind and to hopefully get the public’s help in solving them.

First they have chosen to highlight the case of Steven Gravel. The 23-year-old was last seen 15-years-ago, after leaving a friend’s home in North Bay. He was driving a 1990 Ford Bronco. For more information on this case, visit the North Bay Police Service’s website.
