The North Bay and Area Realtors Association says there are signs of life with the latest home sales figures.
While the number of houses sold through the first seven months of the year is down just over 20% compared to last year, there was a slight increase when just looking at July.
The association says 119 units were sold last month, three more than July 2022.
The number of listings, meantime, was up over 31% while the average price in July was up nearly 7%, to over $415,000.
However, when looking at the first seven months of the year, the average price was down nearly 10% to just over $439,000.
