A scenic fall colours tour is taking place this weekend at Laurentian Ski Hill.
Officials say visitors will enjoy panoramic views of the city landscape with chair lift rides, guided hikes down the hill and family-friendly activities.
The event is taking place on Friday, Sept. 29 (5-9 pm) and Saturday, Sept. 30 (12 pm to 7 pm).
There’s also a meet and greet with the North Bay Battalion (3-5 pm Saturday), a barbecue and live entertainment.
Tickets can be purchased in advance on the hill’s website or at the event.
“Fall is a great time for visitors to come and immerse themselves in the vibrant colours we have here in North Bay, and we are excited to partner with Laurentian Ski Hill and launch the new Scenic Fall Colours Tour,” says Tanya Bédard, Executive Director of Tourism North Bay. “The new package created with the Holiday Inn Express and Suites provides visitors with a one-night stay, a family chair lift pass and a locally curated Fall gift bag which is a great way to experience a fall weekend getaway in the city.”
The event is being hosted by the hill’s snowboarding club, Tourism North Bay and Holiday Inn Express and Suites.
