There are a couple of events on the go this weekend in Callander, including the municipality’s safe Halloween party.
Along with kids’ games and activities, there is a haunted house and family movie on Saturday.
The event runs from 2 pm to 7 pm at the Callander Community Centre.
Also at the centre, on Sunday from 9 am to 2 pm, is a free market event. Officials say over 30 vendors will be there, along with Paw Patrol’s Chase for pictures.
They’re also collecting non-perishable food items for the food bank.
Halloween costumes are encouraged at both events.
