Phase two is now underway in the Baylor University project with North Bay.
Students will be analyzing data collected in a city wide survey to come up with a strategic plan. Kevin Hutchison is the project lead, and says a group of dignitaries will be heading to Texas this week to consult with students. That group includes Mayor Al McDonald and members of Invest North Bay.
Phase two will wrap up on April 22nd. The students will then present the city with a concise power point with key priorities.
