A stabbing in the parking lot outside of city hall last Friday afternoon has city police looking for a suspect.
Police say the incident happened around 4 pm on Dec. 29 with officers locating a male with lacerations to his face and head area.
The victim was transported to hospital and received medical attention for non-life threatening injuries, according to police.
The suspect is described as a male of medium to heavier build, with a salt and pepper goatee, wearing a black toque, camo winter coat, blue jeans, tan Timberland-like boots, and carrying a backpack with large colourful lettering written “Gymshark” vertically on it.
