A 32-year-old living in Powassan has been charged with possession of and making child pornography.
That’s according to the OPP, who says its Child Sexual Exploitation and Digital Forensics Units executed a search warrant and seized several electronic devices.
The accused is scheduled to appear in North Bay court for a bail hearing on February 20.
The OPP says it will continue to aggressively identify and pursue those who use technology to exploit children. Officials remind parents to take a proactive approach to help protect their kids by speaking with them regarding internet safety.
