An early morning break-in Tuesday has led to charges for a 45-year-old city man.
The North Bay Police Service says officers were called to an intrusion alarm at a boarded-up Douglas Street residence just before one yesterday morning.
Police say they found a man inside who wasn’t supposed to be there, arrested him, and seized break-in tools after a search.
The man has been charged with break and enter, possession of break-in instruments, and fail to comply with a probation order.
He was held for bail hearing.
