TheFamilyHealthNetwork.ca is stomping on the stigma of mental illness. They are celebrating Child and Youth Mental Health Week in North Bay, which aims to increase awareness about the signs of youth mental health problems. The network will hold a series of events this week including behaviour management workshops and a family wellness swim.
