City police continue to search for 15-year-old Meekah.
She was last seen at approximately 7:30 p.m. on August 6, 2024, leaving a residence facility in the area of Bob Wood Drive, formerly known as Airport Way, off of Airport Road.
“Our Criminal Investigation Section has been working diligently to exhaust all avenues in an effort to locate Meekah,” says Jeff Warner, Inspector of Operations. “We are asking anyone who may remember seeing anyone matching Meekah’s description walking along Airport Road around the time of her disappearance to contact us. Meekah would have been wearing a walking boot at the time, and we hope this may stand out in the minds of those who saw her at the time. We are also asking anyone with dash cam footage from the time or residential camera footage in the area of Airport Road to check their footage for anyone matching Meekah’s description.”
She is described as:
– Female
– Age 15
– White skin
– Height: Approximately 5’4”
– Medium build
– Hair: Dark brown, medium length, curly
– Eyes: Dark brown
– Last Seen Wearing: Black top, burgundy pants, brown purse, walking boot on right leg
– Identifying Features: Tattoos on right shin (the number “420”), leg (Image of a heart), right forearm (Writing in brown ink), and wrist (Image of a smiley face).
