Update: Sundridge Centennial Public School will be open on Wednesday, September 4 after passing a water inspection, and seeing restrictions lifted by the Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks. The inspection for upgrades and repairs made to the system over the break was delayed, resulting in the school being unable to open on Tuesday.
The Near North District School Board says Sundridge Centennial Public School will be closed Tuesday, Sept. 3.
It’s due to a lack of water.
The board adds families and transportation services have been advised, and school staff will follow up with families on Tuesday.
