City police say don’t be alarmed if you see an increased police presence in parts of the city this week.
Officials say the Emergency Response Team is training in various locations.
They include Memorial Gardens, E.W. Norman School and the Government Dock.
Police say there won’t be any street closures and daily activities won’t be disrupted.
They add says the Emergency Response Team utilizes specialized skills, tactics, and equipment to protect public safety and respond to unpredictable situations and high-risk incidents.
