A 21-year-old driver from North Bay is facing charges after a fail to remain collision last Thursday evening.
Ontario Province Police say emergency crews responded to the two-vehicle crash on Highway 11 in North Bay.
There were no injuries, but the North Bay OPP says a silver car left the scene and left their licence plate behind in the debris.
A short time later the driver was located and charged with failing to yield, disobeying a sign and failing to remain at the scene of a collision.
