The North Bay Police Service has seized over $82,000 worth of suspected drugs and charged a 39-year-old city man with drug trafficking.
City police say the accused was arrested by officers last Friday, as part of a Street Crime Unit investigation that started in the winter of 2024.
After searching a vehicle and a home on Birches Road, nearly half of kilo of suspected cocaine was seized along with suspected Fentanyl, Methamphetamine and pills.
The accused remains in custody pending a bail hearing.
