If you’d like to know more about where your tax dollars go, well make sure to get down to City Hall tonight at 5:00pm.
City staff will be giving a presentation in council chambers. Councillor Sheldon Forgette is encouraging members of the public to come out, and hear what the budget looks like and what some of the challenges have been involved in putting it together.
Following the presentation at 5:30pm, the public will be asked to move down to the main lobby, where they will have the opportunity to give whatever feedback they have on what they’ve heard directly to members of staff.
Department heads will also be present tonight, as well as Mayor Al McDonald, Councillor Forgette and potentially other members of council.
