North Bay’s Downtown Improvement Area could be expanding their borders. The board is looking into the possibility of covering the area of Algonquin and Cassells, which is home to Music City and several other local businesses. DIA executive director Jeff Serran says this would be a win-win for both the city and the board, because it brings a united voice to the downtown. The decision would ultimately be made by city council.
