Jeff Rogers was headed southbound on Highway 11 early this morning when he spotted this tractor-trailer nestled in the vegetation of the centre median, pulled over and snapped a photo.
OPP Acting Sergeant Shona Camirand says this transport’s driver has been charged with careless driving after driving off the northbound lanes near Powassan.
Camirand reports the incident occurred around 3:30am this morning and the driver was not injured.
