It’s a good food story. The Gathering Place has announced that they are joining the Community Food Centres Canada’s “Good Food Organizations” program. The program offers access to tools and resources, customized training, and a chance to network and promote shared priorities among 73 other members of the organization. In a statement, Executive Director of the Gathering Place, Jill Clark, said that the Good Food program will be an invaluable resource for building a more food-secure community in North Bay.
