A West Nipissing man has fallen for a fraud scam. The man was told he would receive $300,000 if he sent six G’s to an unknown person. The victim did that, but the big jackpot never arrived. The man complained to West Nipissing police who have told him to contact Phone Busters March is fraud month and West Nipissing police are reminding the public to watch for scams. One tip is be cautious if you receive unsolicited phone calls or e-mails that ask you for financial or personal information.
