North Bay Police have charged a 45-year-old man for inappropriately touching someone under 16-years-old.
It’s alleged that the North Bay man sexually touched a female family member on two separate occasions between 2007 and 2009. He has been charged with two counts of sexual interference.
The name of the accused will not be released to help protect the identity of the victim. The investigation into the incidents began in April 2015, and he was arrested yesterday.
