A 22-year-old North Bay man is facing charges after he unlawfully entered a home on First Avenue.
North Bay Police Service says the accused allegedly entered the home at 2:30 in the morning on Saturday, Oct. 30 and entered the bedroom of the victim and the victim’s child.
After a verbal exchange, the accused left the residence at which point the NBPS was contacted.
Officers located the man outside the residence where he was then arrested and charged.

He was charged with:
- One count of Unlawfully in a Dwelling
Police say the accused and the victim are not known to one another.
The accused was released and is set to appear before North Bay Court on Dec. 7
