A North Bay man has been charged with domestic assault.
Police say the man ran in front of a car on Algonquin Avenue, and ripped off the vehicle’s license plate on Friday. The cops were called, and they found the suspect sitting behind a car wash on Algonquin Avenue.
He was with his girlfriend, who was visibly injured. After an investigation, the 39-year-old man was charged with domestic assault. The investigation into the theft of the license plate is ongoing.Â
