Over $80,000 in drugs are off the North Bay Streets.
That’s according to the North Bay Police Service, who says they arrested and charged a 36-year-old man around 12:45 a.m on July 13.
That’s after officers executed a search warrant at an Avalon St. residence in North Bay. The accused was located inside.
Searches by police resulted in the seizure of:
- Approximately 467 grams of suspected cocaine
- Approximately 1,076 suspected Percocet pills
- Approximately 306 suspected methamphetamine pills
- Approximately 90 suspected oxycodone pills
- Approximately 188 grams of suspected crystal methamphetamine
- Approximately 4 suspected hydromorphone pills
- Drug trafficking equipment
- A quantity of Canadian currency
The estimated street value of the drugs seized is approximately $82,000.
The North Bay man was charged with:
- Five counts of Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of TraffickingÂ
- One count of Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime over $5000
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing at the North Bay Courthouse.
