(UPDATE) 2022 Municipal Election results for North Bay

Peter Chirico is the new Mayor of North Bay, according to the unofficial election results on the City of North Bay website. 

17 of 17 polls have reported with Chirico garnering 7579 votes, 724 more votes than Johanne Brousseau. 

The Chamber president secured 49 percent of the vote compared to 44 percent for Brousseau, the current councillor. 

Maggie Horsfield is tops in the councillor race followed by fellow newcomers Lana Mitchell and Justine Mallah. 

Chris Mayne is the top incumbent followed by Mark King then newcomer Sara Inch and incumbent Tanya Vrebosch. 

Jamie Lowery is eighth followed by Gary Gardiner and Mac Bain.

7,467 ballots were cast online and in the advanced polls, as of Friday night. 

There were five super polls open in different parts of the city on Monday for in-person voting, with online voting also wrapping up at 8 pm.
