City police say three charged after entering residence

The North Bay Police Service has charged three men with being unlawfully in a dwelling house. 

On Sunday, officers responded to a report that three people unlawfully entered an unoccupied residence on Main Street East, according to police.

Upon arrival, police say two North Bay men, ages 22 and 38, and another man from Commanda, age 33, were arrested and charged. 

Two of the accused were held in custody pending a bail hearing at the North Bay Courthouse, while the other was released on an undertaking and is set to appear before the court on January 3, 2023.
