Ontario Provincial Police report one person is dead after a collision between a farm tractor and a train.
The North Bay OPP says emergency crews were called to Highway 522 in Trout Creek just after 9:30 am on Jan. 7.
Police say the occupant of the tractor, 80-year-old Larry Ciglen, of Trout Creek was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing with the assistance of the OPP Traffic Incident Management Enforcement Team.
