The City shares Cassells Street at Second Avenue has been reduced to one lane while construction work is ongoing.
Officials say tactile indicator panels are being installed at all four corners.
They add the panels help those with visual impairments detect when they’re about to leave the sidewalk. Work’s expected to be completed by tomorrow afternoon.
