A well-known restaurant in North Bay has burned down.
Greco’s Pizza on Lakeshore caught fire sometime last night with officials saying a passerby saw smoke and called the fire department just before 11 o’clock.
They add the fire appears to have started in the basement and they describe the building as a “total loss”.
Lakeshore Drive reopened early this morning however Martyn street is closed as crews remain on the scene.
There were no injuries in the fire.
