A 55-year-old city man has been charged with assault causing bodily harm and mischief.
This after the North Bay Police Service says a person was on the property of a McIntyre Street West office building Wednesday night without permission of the owner.
Police say after being asked to leave the accused became aggressive, pursued the victim and broke a glass door.
That caused minor, non-life-threatening injuries to the victim, according to police.
After he left the area, the accused was located and arrested a short distance away.
Police say he was held in custody pending a bail hearing at the North Bay Courthouse.
