Virtual Coffee Club – Mindfulness Basics with Janet from Mindfulness Without Borders

FreeTuesday, May 25th at 12:30pm via ZoomStudies have shown that practicing Mindfulness, even for just a few weeks, can bring a variety of physical, psychological, and social benefits. Janet Farr Parks, a certified facilitator with Mindfulness Without Borders will lead our exploration of the Mindfulness Ambassador Program Session, ‘Mindfulness Basics’.
Join at 12:30pm for the social (bring coffee or snacks!). Join in at 1pm for the presentation.
