Road resurfacing is taking place Monday at Lakeshore Drive and Judge Avenue.
The city says Judge Avenue will be completely closed on both sides of Lakeshore.
Traffic from Memorial to Lakeshore drives will be rerouted around the construction area through Pollard or Rowe avenues.
Lakeshore will be limited to one lane in both directions throughout the day at the Judge Avenue intersection.
The construction work is expected to be finished by the end of the day.
